Dr. Thejo Kumari was born to Amudala Munivenkateshwarlu and Kinnara Prameela Devi in Tirupati. She attended the local government school in the Kadapa district of Andhra Pradesh. She pursued higher education and studied at prestigious institutions such as the Indian Institute of Management, Indian Business School, and later at Harvard, Stanford.[3][4]
