Dr. Manoj Sharma was born in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. He attended Shri Bharat Mandir Inter College in Rishikesh for his high school and intermediate education. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from Garhwal University in 1999, a Master of Tourism Administration (M.T.A) from B.C.C. Campus, Srinagar, Garhwal in 2001, and a Ph.D. in Corporate Social Responsibility from Charisma University, Turks & Caicos Islands, in 2015.[4]

Dr. Sharma's career encompasses a wide range of roles and responsibilities. As the Executive Director of BORT Technology OPC Pvt Ltd in India and First Fahd Investment in Oman, he specializes in stakeholder and client relationship management, financial planning, investment strategies, risk mitigation, process optimization, project management, and business consultancy. He is also experienced in offshore and freezone company formation, mergers and acquisitions, business advisory services, and digital branding.[5][6][7]
