Devi Santosh Kumar Karakavalasa (born 21 August 1996) is an Indian entrepreneur, author, and social contributor known for his work in startup development, youth entrepreneurship and employment generation initiatives. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of R&D Ideal Bridge Pvt Ltd, a platform designed to connect entrepreneurs with investors and promote innovative startup ecosystems.[1]

Early Life and Education
Devi Santosh Kumar Karakavalasa was born on 21 August 1996 in B.J. Puram village, Jiyyammavalasa Mandal in Manyam district of Andhra Pradesh, India. He completed his schooling at Janahita Public School in Parvathipuram and later pursued intermediate education at Sri Chaitanya Junior College in Visakhapatnam.
During his academic career, he achieved high scores in JEE Mains Paper 1 and Paper 2, securing 99 percent and 98 percent respectively. He later completed postgraduate qualifications including MIA, MA and D.Ed.
His life faced significant personal challenges. His mother, Venkata Ramani, died due to a heart stroke in 2017. In 2025, his father, Venkata Ramana Murthy, died in a road accident.
Career
Devi Santosh Kumar Karakavalasa began his professional career in 2017. Over the years, he worked across several industries including education, technology, sales, financial services and aviation.
He initially worked as an educator in schools before transitioning into the technology sector where he worked as a Tableau developer. Later he gained experience in sales and operations roles in EdTech companies. He also worked in financial services and recovery departments before becoming a communication manager in the aviation sector.
His diverse professional experience provided him with a broad understanding of business operations, workforce management and the challenges faced by emerging entrepreneurs.
In 2025, he founded R&D Ideal Bridge Pvt Ltd, a platform designed to connect entrepreneurs with investors through a structured project ecosystem. The platform allows startup founders to present business ideas and enables investors to identify promising opportunities for funding and development.
