Dr. Ravi Prakash Tiwari was born in Hajipur, Bihar, to philanthropic parents Dr. Rabindra Nath Tiwari, a retired headmaster, and Meena Tiwary, a house manager. During his early childhood, he suffered from severe sinusitis, which persisted until he found relief through pranayama and yogic asanas at the age of 20.

He received his early education at Aniruddha English Medium School in West Bengal and completed his B.A. (Hons) in English from B.N. Mahavidyalaya, Burdwan University. He also earned a Master’s in English from Burdwan University and a B.Ed from W.B.S.U. Dr. Tiwari was awarded an honorary doctorate for his achievements as an author by the Global Human Rights Trust in collaboration with AI University.
