He earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from Garhwal University in 1999, a Master of Tourism Administration (M.T.A) from B.C.C. Campus, Srinagar, Garhwal in 2001, and a Ph.D. in Corporate Social Responsibility from Charisma University, Turks & Caicos Islands, in 2015.^[4]
